Michael was a visionary leader and a master of his craft who dedicated his journey to empowering others. Today, we carry that torch by helping the underserved "bounce back" into independence through skill mastery, holistic support, and the transfer of knowledge to future generations.   The Foundation of a Master Tradesman Michael’s professional journey was a testament to the fact that tenacity and dedication pay off. At a young age, he obtained his CDL Class A license, gaining the foundational experience that allowed him to successfully own and operate CML Electrical for over 30 years.   A rare talent, Michael held credentials as both a Licensed Master Electrician and a Licensed Master Sign Electrician. His expertise spanned the technical spectrum, from intricate low-voltage systems to complex high-voltage powerline projects. Beyond his own firm, Michael’s expertise was recognized nationwide as he rose to the elite positions of Senior Electrical Project Manager and Senior Electrical Estimator Manager for prestigious companies across the United States.   A Career Built on Tenacity Under his leadership, CML Electrical managed massive infrastructure projects that shaped the region, including: The Texas Rangers Ballpark (Arlington) Six Flags Over Texas DFW Airport Central Utility Plant Expansion Regional Hospitals, Schools, and Railways.Etc. Michael was not only an industry leader but a pillar of the community, awarded the Weatherford Little League Volunteer of the Year. Even today, his professional counsel is sought after by industry giants—a testament to a level of mastery that remains a global gold standard.   A Philosophy of Action: "Count Your Blessings" Michael lived by the mantra: "Count your blessings, not your problems." He believed that your current situation should not ground your future. To ensure others could achieve the same "career growth" he enjoyed, he frequently offered free classes, helping helpers gain their Journeyman certifications and assisting Journeymen in rising to Master Electrician status.   His unique talents were evident from his youth:   High School Football Captain: He learned the value of teamwork and leadership early on the field.   Skilled Cello Instrumentalist: Michael’s talent was so exceptional that he stood out even as a student; his music teacher recognized his rare potential and gifted him a new instrument, a gesture that inspired his lifelong commitment to excellence.   Global Strategy Meets Grassroots Change.
